Bausch + Lomb is America’s leading eye care company but its Contact Lens Eye Drops were stuck being the challenger—until this online and TV campaign was launched. The idea was to show how Biotrue® provided long-term moisture relief by focusing on people’s extended screen time—but in a playful and honest way. The online videos generated an unheard-of 70% click-thru rate and Biotrue soon became the category leader.
